We offer you a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you have purchased a Kijimea product in our online shop and are not satisfied with our service, you can make use of our 30-day money-back guarantee under the conditions set out below.

You can submit your money-back guarantee request via our returns portal. After receiving your return, we will refund the purchase price including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your return request. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else is expressly agreed with you.

What are the conditions for the 30-day money-back guarantee?

✔ The money-back guarantee can only be claimed within 30 days of purchase.

✔  The money-back guarantee can only be claimed once per product.

✔  If you have ordered a product multiple times, the money-back guarantee can only be claimed for one product.

  2. Confirmation: Once you have completed the steps, you will receive a confirmation.
  3. Receive Your Refund: We will then process a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Consequences of cancellation for subscriptions

If you cancel a subscription via a corresponding button in the customer account or via email customerservice@kijimea.com we will refund any  payments that we may  receive after the date of cancellation, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else is expressly agreed with you.
